We are now looking for a skilled Process Technician with Management skills to join the Manufacturing team and drive our mission forward. Our factory uses a revolutionary production method that makes it possible to replace traditional rubber in pneumatic tires with new, sustainable materials.

The role

This role is essential for ensuring that our production processes and machines run efficiently and reliably. The Process Technician will work daily on the shop floor to test and improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and create accurate documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role will also function as the Team leader for the Operators in Production.

This position will be working on a rotating shift schedule.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in improving our production line, including:

  • Test and validate production processes and machine settings.

  • Continuously improve process efficiency and stability.

  • Diagnose and resolve process and machine-related issues promptly.

  • Create and maintain accurate process documentation and SOPs. Actively work on machines to implement improvements and ensure optimal performance.

  • Work closely with Process Engineers, Quality Engineers, and R&D teams to support industrialization and quality initiatives.

  • Be the responsible leader on the shift.

You are experienced in a Manufacturing/Production and feel confident entering this role with your existing skillsets and are still hungry for further growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong hands-on experience with production machinery and process optimization.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

  • Proactive and adaptable in a start-up environment.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Decition making abilities. Team coordination and management experience.
