Process Training Lead/Assistant Manager (Corporate Travel Account)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Process Training to support and elevate the capabilities of our team handling a Corporate Travel Account. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in international ticketing, GDS tools, and training delivery—both virtual and in-person.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Corporate Travel training experience
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, presentation tools, and training content development
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess and improve skills/performance
  • Adept in conflict management and providing constructive learner feedback
  • Must be amenable to report onsite in Bridgetowne full-time

Experience as a process trainer in a Corporate Travel Account is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end training operations for international ticketing, group bookings, and email support
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in ticketing processes
  • Conduct onboarding and upskilling for L2 complex itinerary-trained agents
  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to close performance and knowledge gaps
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, SOPs, and documentation
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments and performance reports
  • Facilitate refresher sessions and process updates aligned with client expectations

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
