This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $86,230 to $121,736 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
As Procurement Advisor, you will be responsible for providing fit for purpose end to end procurement and commercial advice and support across Wellington Water, ensuring alignment with all relevant rules, policies and guidelines to ensure probity and process integrity and enable high quality commercial outcomes.
In this role you will:
Provide day to day procurement advice to project managers and business units
Review and support the creation of RFx documentation using approved templates
Manage the out to market activities including questions, clarifications, and addenda
Coordinate and facilitate evaluation panels and document scoring outcomes accurately
Maintain and update our tracking tool (JIRA) to ensure accurate and timely records
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes
Experience providing procurement advice to stakeholders
Sound knowledge and experience in drafting or managing procurement documentation
Strong working knowledge of procurement lifecycle best practice
Keen attention to detail, effective time management
Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft MS Office and tools
