Procurement Coordinator

1. Project Coordination

• Support procurement projects from initiation through completion.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define requirements and schedules.

2. Supplier Engagement

• Help identify and evaluate suppliers.
• Manage communication with vendors during RFP, RFQ, or contract negotiation stages.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance.

3. Procurement Process Support

• Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with procurement policies.
• Help maintain procurement databases and records.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on project and procurement performance.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to Php885.00 per day
