Procurement & Logistics Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join our team . The ideal candidate has strong experience in local and international procurement, supplier sourcing, and purchase order management.

This role focuses on traditional procurement operations, including requesting quotations, coordinating approvals, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries. The position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with suppliers and logistics coordination.

This is an office-based role in Manila, and candidates must be able to work on-site in the BGC area.

Must Have:

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Experience with local and international procurement
• Strong experience requesting and comparing supplier quotations
• Experience issuing and managing purchase orders
• Ability to source and identify new suppliers
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of logistics and shipment coordination
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working on-site in BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify reliable local and international suppliers
• Request and collect price quotations
• Prepare and submit quotations for approval
• Issue purchase orders and monitor their progress
• Maintain communication with suppliers regarding order status and delivery timelines
• Coordinate logistics and transportation of purchased goods
• Ensure procurement processes follow company guidelines
• Maintain organized procurement records and documentation
• Assist in building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships

Plus to Have:

• Experience working with international suppliers
• Familiarity with logistics coordination and shipment processes
• Experience working in traditional procurement environments
• Strong research skills for identifying new vendors
• Ability to manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
