XL.net is looking for an experienced IT Procurement Officer to join our Admin team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m CST.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the sourcing and purchasing of IT hardware, software, licenses, and cloud services in line with organizational policies.
• Oversee daily IT procurement activities, including preparation and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and vendor negotiations.
• Conduct cost and price analysis to ensure best value and budget compliance.
• Manage contract administration activities, including vendor onboarding, renewals, amendments, and performance monitoring.
• Perform procurement audits to ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and legal teams to align procurement strategies with business and technical requirements.
• Manage procurement related to Microsoft CSP licensing, including subscriptions, renewals, and usage tracking.
• Support reselling and management of Microsoft Azure services, ensuring proper licensing, billing, and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and vendor offerings to recommend cost-effective and innovative IT solutions.

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT procurement or technology sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing models, and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft CSP platform and Microsoft Azure reselling.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and audit practices.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
