Product Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market studies to identify potential business opportunities in line with the company's strategy.
• Conduct research and development to create and improve new products and services.
• Establish partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other third-party agencies to launch new products.
• Manage pilot testing, production, and quality control for new products.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing and selling strategies.
• Lead and manage the team to achieve objectives
• Increase margin, pricing power, GP and growth per SKU / BU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• With technical knowledge and understanding of construction materials and processes
• At least five (5) years of experience in operations management/industrial engineering (supply chain, logistics, quality control, manufacturing) and two (2) years of experience in new product development/business administration
• Innovation / Business Incubation experience is a plus
• Must possess an innovative mindset and strong business acumen
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Must have a valid driver’s license; owning a vehicle is preferred
• Willing to travel nationwide for fieldwork and site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
