   5+ Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In Consumer Goods.  Proven Experience Managing Full Product Lifecycles, Including Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, And Launch.  Familiarity With Global Supply Chain Management And Overseas Production.  Strong Knowledge Of Materials, Manufacturing Processes, And Product Design Tools (E.G., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite).  Excellent Project Management Skills With A Track Record Of Meeting Tight Deadlines.  Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams.  A Passion For Quality, Innovation, And Customer Satisfaction.
