Strong Knowledge Of Materials, Manufacturing Processes, And Product Design Tools (E.G., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent Project Management Skills With A Track Record Of Meeting Tight Deadlines. Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams. A Passion For Quality, Innovation, And Customer Satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new products from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with brand’s vision and consumer expectations.
- Oversee design processes, material selection, prototyping, and testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and durability.
- Establish and manage the product development calendar to meet deadlines for design, approvals, and production.
- Monitor and evaluate pre-production samples, ensuring all issues are addressed before mass production.
- Oversee end-to-end packaging development—including design creation, coordination with print vendors, photo approvals, and consistent updates—while assessing packaging materials and graphics to ensure accuracy, brand cohesiveness, and overall product appeal.
- Oversee product intake and coordinate inventory to ensure accurate stock levels for all elements and streamlined operations.
- Coordinate logistics, including freight forwarders and supply chain teams, for on-time deliveries from both China and US based manufacturers the most economical way.
- Maintain communication with overseas vendors regarding schedules, order updates, and quality checks.
