The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and impact-driven Product Owner to own the tactical execution of hardware and software product development within the Security Value Stream. Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, you’ll ensure that our development squads deliver products that meet customer needs, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll be the voice of the customer, bringing clarity to complex product requirements and enabling cross-functional teams to focus on the features that deliver the most value. From customer research and requirements to backlog prioritisation and release planning, you’ll help maximise the impact of our products globally.

Be a key driver of value and delivery:

• Own and prioritise the product backlog to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and long-term product health
• Define and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to internal teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and marketing to plan and deliver product releases
• Ensure products meet regulatory, quality, and compliance standards throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate feedback loops with customers and internal teams to continuously improve product usability and adoption
• Support governance and performance reporting by defining clear measures of success and tracking product outcomes

You’ll bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in hardware or technical product environments
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles, backlog management, and value-driven prioritisation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products globally
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, remove impediments, and drive operational efficiency
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
