    As a Product Quality & Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team that ensures top-quality products, minimizes waste, and maximizes cost efficiency. Your focus will be on maintaining high customer satisfaction while driving sustainability efforts within the store.

    • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a retail or commercial environment.
    • Strong understanding of customer behavior in an omnichannel setting.
    • Expertise in product quality, safety, and recovery processes.
    • Knowledge of merchandising techniques and how to create a commercially attractive As-Is area.
    • Familiarity with IKEA’s product range, IT systems, and sustainability principles.
    • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on driving profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a high-volume retail environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes.
    • Excellent communication ability in LOCAL LANGUAGE and English and good interpersonal, influencing skills.
    • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

    • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team with a strong customer-first mindset.
    • Ensure all functions understand and contribute to product quality, safety, and recovery processes.
    • Act as an ambassador for customer product experience, ensuring all quality and safety deviations are reported timely.
    • Oversee the efficient management of the As-Is area, promoting a circular economy and reducing waste.
    • Establish effective blocking and sales stop processes to prevent defective or recalled products from reaching customers.
    • Set and track department goals, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement common working methods, tools, and processes to optimize product quality, safety, and recovery.
    • Promote IKEA’s sustainability and environmental commitments, ensuring all waste is properly managed.
    • Develop team members and create a succession plan for future leadership roles.
