Product Repair Technician & Electrician
  • Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of products to identify defects, malfunctions, or issues.
  • Repairs and Maintenance:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of products, including electronic, or other systems, following manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure that all repaired products meet quality standards and operate correctly before they are returned to customers or transferred to Warehouse Inbound for inventory. Classify them as either suitable for resale in the store or for garage sale.
  • Documentation:
  • Accurately document all repair actions, including details of the diagnosis, parts replaced, and testing results.
  • Maintain organized records of repairs for reference and credit memos to supplier purposes.
  • Identify and document any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards using store damage report
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and components necessary for repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and reorder when necessary.
  • Putting tags on racks, shelves, and pallets indicating where the items should be placed
  • Ensure that spare parts from disposal items are harvested, properly stored, and accurately recorded based on the ceiling quantity provided by the Warehouse Product Repair Team Leader or the Returns Processor
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Provide explanations of repair procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the product sourcing and sales teams, providing explanations of product repair works, and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please report your findings to your Warehouse Product Repair Team Leader before informing other departments
  • Providing regular updates to higher management, following a strict chain of command to reach first to the Warehouse Product Repair Leader, regarding Reporting any critical quality issues promptly
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the repair workflow and suggest enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to implement best practices.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements or modifications to reduce defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Report the accomplishments of the daily repaired products via g-sheet to the Warehouse product repair team leader.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that repairs are carried out in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Cost Control:
  • Monitor and control costs related to repairs, including labor and parts, to maximize cost-effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Has experience as technician.
  • Preferably with Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing NC II

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
