A growing global insurance company is looking for a Product Specialist to support their global teams. This role focuses on product and selection input that align with the company’s strategic direction and commitment to deliver sophisticated wealth planning solutions to the clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform due diligence on potential carriers, prepare business cases for approval, and monitor financial strength ratings of approved carriers.
- Manage the onboarding and approval process for new carriers and products, ensuring compliance with internal controls and guidelines.
- Keep the Approved Life Product List and Carrier Register updated, and regularly communicate carrier and product updates to referral partners.
- Conduct carrier and product analysis, prepare comparison summaries, and create market update materials for sales consultants.
- Regularly engage with sales consultants to gather market feedback and ideas, ensuring products meet market needs.
- Keep abreast of regulatory requirements, review product performance, and update the Carrier and Product Approval Guide to ensure business relevance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance or financial services
- Ability in utilizing illustration software, product development, competitive analysis is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
