Responsibilities:

At Acura of Los Angeles Westside, our Product Specialists play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our valued customers. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Guiding customers through a comprehensive buying process, following established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, highlighting the features of our vehicles to meet customer needs and desires.
• Providing engaging showroom presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle capabilities.
• Ensuring a seamless delivery process, educating customers on vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Cultivating long-term customer relationships through effective follow-up systems and prospecting strategies.
• Setting and tracking personal sales goals to drive success and contribute to dealership growth.
• Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals who embody our values of passion, integrity, and exceptional service. Here's what you'll need:

• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (automotive experience not required).
• Full-time availability and at least 18 years of age.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for effective customer interaction.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
