The Opportunity
Are you an experienced specialist representative with a passion for healthcare and enjoy supporting access to leading health products? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast paced workplace? Are you ready to lead and coach others?
In this role you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key specialists in women’s health, while leading the QLD team of medical representatives
- Be responsible for driving the performance of our specialty products portfolio across Queensland
- Increase the visibility and awareness of our women's health portfolio
- Provide support and coaching to a team of medical representatives
- Maintain a high level of relevant product and therapeutic knowledge
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive and execute strategy
All About You
In collaboration with the state team, you will lead the engagement and education of specialist KOLs in women’s health across Queensland. This role is suited to high performers with proven success in similar roles, with a passion for coaching others.
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong ability to understand clinical evidence and apply in conversations with specialists
- Five years pharmaceutical sales experience; at least 3 years working with specialists, preferably in women’s health
- Proven experience as a pharmaceutical sales leader with a track record of delivering results through others
- Proven planning, analytical and strategic selling skills as well as high level of technological agility
- The ability to demonstrate experience in coaching/mentoring other sales professionals
- Positive team behaviours; able to work independently day to day, but also play your role as a member of the team
- Medicines Australia CEP qualification
- Current Australian full driver’s licence and own vehicle
