Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Administration Assistant to join our team at ANZCO Foods Marlborough and play a vital role in keeping our production process on track.
This full-time, permanent role reports to our Production Manager and is based at our processing plant. You'll be the go-to person for a range of administration tasks that keep our operation flowing efficiently and help us deliver on customer expectations.
We're looking for someone with solid administration experience, exceptional attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. If you enjoy variety, working with different teams, and making a real impact behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you will be doing:
- Managing day-to-day administration tasks, including answering calls and coordinating visitors to the production areas.
- Maintaining accurate attendance records and processing timesheets.
- Keeping training records and departmental matrices up to date.
- Producing and distributing reports to support production goals and deadlines.
- Liaising with the Engineering team to ensure issues are raised and resolved quickly to keep production moving.
- Supporting Health & Safety by working closely with the H&S Advisor and Case Manager to ensure actions are completed and followed up promptly.
What you will bring:
- Proven administration experience, ideally in a busy operational environment.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A team-focused attitude and a proactive approach to getting things done.
