Production In-Charge

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production In-Charge to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production workflows. This role involves managing production teams, monitoring output, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
• Plan and schedule production based on demand, inventory levels, and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality.
• Ensure that products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Lead and motivate production teams to meet performance and safety targets.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, logistics, and procurement departments.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations for production staff.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using production management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
