• 
  Leading daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control

• Build and lead a high-performing team by providing strong leadership, mentorship, and employee development to foster engagement and operational excellence

• Ensure a strong commitment to workplace safety by proactively identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies

• Develop and implement standardized production processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance, through lean manufacturing

• Oversee production activities, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance capacity and support investment projects

• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives

  Minimum of five(5) years of managerial experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and guiding large teams (~200ppl) through change management to achieve high performance and excellence

• Commitment to occupational health and safety while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering a people-centered culture and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization

• Experience with ERP systems is a must (SAP preferred)
