- Manage production line to maintain the highest level of quality in accordance with Singapore Food Association (SFA) rules and regulations.
- Able to improve overall standards and achieve international certifications, e.g. HACCP.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular audit checks.
- Update inventory list regularly to increase overall production efficiency and reduce wastages.
- Maintain the highest level of quality assurance.
- A team player and communicate well with other departments.
