Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our construction and advertising operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of all production lines while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership to motivate staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and company goals.

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduate of Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design
• Keen to details and organized
• With at least 3 to 5 years management experience in fabrication and advertising industry or furniture making
• Experienced in managing of production and site workers for construction and advertising projects
• Experienced in progress monitoring of each project from start to finishing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
