We are looking for a highly motivated Food Production Team Member to oversee our food production operations.
We strongly prefer experienced in the food manufacturing industry, especially pastry products.
You should have an extensive knowledge of food safety regulations. Strong verbal communication skills are essential. Expect talented, motivated, intense and interesting co-workers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Feed raw materials into production machinery, pack, label and monitor food product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure that finished food products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Manage equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.
- Clean work surfaces and equipment after production.
- Maintain production schedules for optimum productivity and efficiency.
- Identify and address production issues.
- Manage raw ingredients inventory records and communicate with Operations Manager regarding ready-to-go inventory.
- Communicate with the Production Manager regarding production goals and results.
Location & Commitments
- Must be in Sydney
- Permanent full time / Permanent part-time role
- Monday - Friday (24 - 38 hours per week)
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Include 2 work references
