Your New Role
We are now looking for a Professional Service Buyer to our client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end sourcing process for Professional Services, from RFI/RFQ to contract signature and supplier performance review. You will be responsible for building and managing strong partnerships both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end sourcing activities.
- Procuring corporate services in line with strategic goals.
- Advising stakeholders on procurement best practices.
- Monitoring supplier performance through quality, cost, and delivery KPIs.
- Driving improvements in contract compliance and supplier collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Solid experience in corporate service purchasing.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
- Experience from the automotive industry (preferred).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
