We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will help manage and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between project stakeholders, team members, and clients, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration.

You will assist in developing project plans, monitoring progress, and preparing reports to keep everyone informed and aligned with project goals. Your strong organizational skills will be essential in coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation while also identifying potential risks and finding solutions proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholder.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Performing other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and MS Office suite.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

  • 6ays work week
  • Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
