A growing real estate development and construction company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support its latest projects in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. You'll play a key role in project administration, financial reporting, market research, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project administration, documentation, and reporting.
• Conduct market research and support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction, or Business.
• Experience: 2-3 years in construction or real estate development.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
