Project Coordinator

MGW Energy Services Ltd are looking for an organised, proactive & technically minded Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role you will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of commercial maintenance & installation projects by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation & ensuring clear communication to all parties.

You will work closely with Project Managers & internal teams to help deliver projects on time, within scope, & to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities.

Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, & monitoring of commercial projects from initiation through completion.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors & internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all projects.

Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, schedules, drawings & compliance documentation.

Assist with procurement of materials & equipment, supporting cost control & delivery.

Provide administrative & logistical support including scheduling, file management & expense tracking.

Support health, safety & environmental compliance across all project activities.

Office based

Standard working hours:

Monday-Thursday 08:00 am-16:30 pm

Friday 08:00 am-15:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
