Job Title: Project Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our IT Project Management team.
This role involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and documentation of IT projects — including ERP, CRM, and custom application implementations — under the guidance of a Senior IT Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a growing understanding of project management practices and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Support project teams in monitoring progress and identifying risks.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Help implement process improvements and best practices in project administration.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administration (IT environment preferred).
- Experience with or exposure to software implementation projects (ERP, CRM, or custom applications).
- Familiarity with the following project documentation is highly desirable:
- Project Charter
- Project Management Plan
- Scope Statement / Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Schedule / Gantt Chart / Milestone Plan
- Risk Management Plan
- Communication Plan
- Quality Plan
- Budget / Cost Plan / Forecasting
- Change Request Form / Register
- Lessons Learned Report / Project Closure Report
- RAID Log
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of PMI/Prince 2 or other project management processes is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
