Project In-Charge / Project Coordinator (Urgent!)

The Quantity Surveyor & Project In-Charge will be responsible for the Project/Client's details/ preparation of complete financial bid submittals. He or she will perform/contribute to ensure that all project requirements specified in the issued drawings, specifications, and bid documents are thoroughly reviewed and incorporated in the tender proposal. The position is in charge of the preparation of the initial cost proposal for review by the Section Head and Department Head. The PIC along with the QS Contracts will be responsible for liaising with client representatives, suppliers, and subcontractors during the bidding process to ensure that all proposals are compliant with the design and the requirement of the client.

Educational Attainment:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in construction or any related field
• Keen on details; Negotiation Skills
• Can start ASAP

Office Location: Old Sumulong Road Sitio Ruhat Mambugan Antipolo City (near Old Brgy. Mambugan Hall, near Bakery & Red gate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
