Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our construction team. This role will focus on overseeing building construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The Project Manager will lead site engineering activities, manage project progress, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define the scope of work, project concept, and objectives for building construction projects.
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring all tasks are executed according to the project plan and specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate construction progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
• Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Coordinate with the project manager to report on project milestones, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Philippines.
• Preferably with 3 or more years of experience in site engineering, specifically in building construction projects.
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Preferably a resident of CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
