Project Manager

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope management, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and cost control measures.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and process mapping exercises to clearly define project objectives and business needs.
• Oversee program development and design, applying tools like Visio, Confluence, Jira, and MS Project to track progress and manage project portfolios effectively.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement Lean Six Sigma practices to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, negotiation, and conflict management strategies while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Lead project teams by supervising team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing mentorship in project management best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in project management methodologies including PMBOK, Scrum (SAFe), Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, and Waterfall.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, business process modeling, scope management, and program development.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Trello, Confluence, Workday or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills including data collection and vendor management to support decision-making processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle complex schedules using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques for tracking progress.
• Effective communication skills for meeting facilitation, technical writing, presentation delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects and experience working with ERP systems or content management systems is a plus. Pay: $86,767.12 - $104,493.73 per year
