MEP Lead

This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an MEP Project Lead at Sensori Group Ltd in Ireland. The MEP Project Lead will manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, ensuring effective coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee the successful completion of projects from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the management of the M&E project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with all project teams to adhere to schedules and provide exceptional service delivery.
  • Establish project milestones and ensure they are achieved, on time and within budget.
  • Work in partnership with the site administration team to keep subcontractors informed with latest project updates.
  • Monitor M&E site progress.
  • Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and supervisors, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication at all levels.
  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reported; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications for MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Skills & Education Required

  • Project Management, MEP Coordination, and Construction Management skills
  • 5 years + experience in overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €70,000.00-€95,000.00 per year
