A growing renovation and restoration firm is hiring a Project Manager / Regional Director to lead client operations in Central Ohio. Focused on the multi-family housing industry, this company is known for capital improvements, high-quality disaster recovery, and envelope repair services across the region.
Role Overview:
As Project Manager / Regional Director, you’ll lead construction and restoration initiatives while developing long-term relationships with the region’s largest property management companies. You will also play a critical role in expanding the firm’s customer base and brand presence across Central Ohio. This is a high-impact position that blends operations, client success, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage capital improvement and disaster restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts, with a focus on building trust, consistency, and long-term partnership.
- Collaborate with estimators, subcontractors, and internal teams to execute project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee safety compliance, quality control, and job site documentation.
- Contribute to regional growth by identifying and pursuing new client relationships.
- Support pre-construction planning, job costing, and estimating (familiarity with Xactimate or similar platforms preferred).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within restoration, renovation, or commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and client communication skills, especially in fast-paced or emergency service environments.
- Familiarity with insurance restoration, multifamily renovations, and estimating software.
- Experience overseeing subcontractors, job costing, and change order processes.
- Driven, relationship-oriented, and solutions-focused.
- Able to work in Central Ohio daily.
