Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tech-related changes, understanding the IT needs and requirements.
  • Lead project planning for tech-related changes, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and sometimes external vendors.
  • Create detailed tech project plans and schedules that align with the overall business project phases, and track progress against established milestones.
  • Coordinate tech resources across multiple teams, both internal and external, to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating meetings.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document the various impact points (in systems and workflows).
  • Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and write change specifications.
  • Assess and review the impact points of systems and related dependencies, the end points for reporting, both upstream & downstream and the tests and changes done on each of the endpoints.
Experience / Competences
Essential
  • Agile Project management skills – preferably either CSM/CSPO/SAFE or PMI-ACP certified. Has an understanding on how to coach teams on waterfall methodology to Agile
  • Business analysis skills – esp MS Visio, Activity/Swim lane/UML Diagrams
  • Problem solving skills, Capacity Management Skills, Budgeting and Conflict Management skills
  • Ability to match the basic business requirements to appropriate TP ICAP technical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio
  • Experience of issue and task tracking packages e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Workfront and any Project Portfolio Management tool
