Zyte is a New Zealand software company building AI-powered inspection and compliance tools used by councils across NZ.

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive all-rounder to work directly with the founder across project coordination, customer onboarding, software implementation, training, operations, and general “make things happen” work.

This is not a standard admin role. You will gain exposure to real software delivery projects, enterprise and council customers, customer training, operations, AI tooling, and startup problem solving.

The role may include:

• attending meetings and coordinating follow-up actions
  
• assisting with project coordination and onboarding
  
• customer training and support
  
• software testing and troubleshooting
  
• documentation and process improvement
  
• helping keep projects organised and moving

Ideal candidates are organised, practical, proactive, technically curious, and comfortable communicating with professionals and customers.

Helpful experience includes software/IT, project coordination, Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2 Foundation, training, documentation, or customer-facing work — but attitude and capability matter more than formal qualifications.

Casual/flexible hours. Auckland preferred, but flexibility available for the right person.

Pay approximately NZ$28–38/hr depending on experience and capability.
