With a diverse and growing property portfolio, we are looking for a skilled and driven Property Manager to join our team and make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that our properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role is highly practical and varied—ranging from daily upkeep and minor repairs to assisting with seasonal services and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks
- General portering: cleaning lots, pulling weeds, and addressing debris.
- Responding to on-site issues.
- Conducting regular roof inspections and site patrols.
- Providing contractor access and overseeing lock-up procedures.
- Performing routine maintenance: replacing light bulbs, unclogging washrooms, minor plumbing/door repairs.
- Assisting with snow removal, salting, and stair clearing in winter months.
- Supporting landscaping duties in summer (e.g., lawn care, planting, trimming).
- Weekly graffiti removal and parking lot patrols, reporting violations as needed.
Occasional Tasks
- Replacing furnace filters in residential units.
- Conducting basic fire/safety checks (e.g., smoke detectors).
- Clearing tenant belongings from vacated premises.
- Painting exterior doors, railings, and touch-ups.
- Washing windows and performing small exterior maintenance.
- Picking up supplies and coordinating signage with third parties.
As-Needed Tasks
- Assisting with tenant turnover work and small repairs.
- Performing maintenance at additional portfolio properties when required.
- Patio and exterior pressure washing.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in property/facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive, reliable, and safety-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
