Property Management Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a goal driven, focused, and organized Office Assistant to join our Property Management Team. This person does not have to have a Real Estate License, but it is preferred.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations and customer support with professionalism and patience.
  • Manage collection of rents, late payments and management fees.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating maintenance.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying and organizing office supplies.
  • Support office management activities to improve workflow efficiency.

Experience

  • Previous property management office experience or clerical background preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively

Hours are 10-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break from 12-1pm. Employee will earn 5 Days Paid Time Off every 6 months.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
