Property Manager

he Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of properties, managing tenant relations, handling maintenance requests, ensuring property safety and compliance, conducting regular property inspections, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role also involves preparing budgets, managing financial records, and ensuring the properties are profitable.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and tenant relations
• Skills in handling maintenance requests and coordinating with vendors/contractors
• Knowledge of property safety regulations and compliance
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
