Property Photographer & Videographer Trainee

House Plan is an Irish property media services company with offices in Dublin and Liverpool. We provide end-to-end marketing solutions for the real estate industry. We are currently recruiting for a friendly, professional and confident photographer to work with us on a full-time (40 hours) basis.

Job Spec & Benefits

• Basic hours Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm.
• Full training will be provided. Training will be paid at pro-rata rate.
• Videography skills and ability to use a DJI Ronin Gimbal is a major advantage
• Basic €500 per week for first 3 months, increasing to basic of €600 per week after probationary period.
• Realistic on target earnings (OTE) of €800 - €1000+ per week.
• Own transport (full driving license + own vehicle) is an absolute must as this is an ‘on the road’ role. Fuel and related expenses paid for by the company.

The Role

We are recruiting for a Property Photographer & Videographer for our growing property media services company based in Dublin and Liverpool. The successful candidate will receive full training to perform the following duties:

• Taking interior and exterior photo, video and drone footage of residential and commercial properties for our clients’ property portfolios. Locations will be primarily in the Greater Dublin Area.
• Managing the logistics of your schedule from day-to-day and liaising with your line manager.
• Providing weekly locations and services reports.
• A large part of this role will involve traveling from to and from various locations - punctuality and a good geographical awareness of the Dublin area is essential.

The Candidate

The right candidate for this position will receive full training, be provided with equipment, a company phone and a fuel card. There is an opportunity to earn OTE of €1,000+ per week.

• This role may suit someone looking to break into the property or media industry.
• Punctuality and the ability to work well to tight schedules is paramount.
• Demonstrable experience working in a deadline driven environment.
• Own vehicle and full driving license essential
• The candidate we are looking for will be extremely reliable with a keen eye for detail.
• You will be required to deal with members of the public, so excellent communication skills and professional appearance are essential.
• Experience in photography, videography, drone operation is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A keen eye for detail is essential.
