Position Summary

The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts across major Oil & Gas projects, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, procurement, and operational requirements. This role supports project delivery by preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. The Contract Engineer ensures that all contract activities align with Australian regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Petroleum)

Experience

• 5+ years in proposals or contract engineering (Oil & Gas/Energy)
• Experience with Australian Oil & Gas project delivery frameworks is highly desirable.
• Strong background in tendering, contract drafting, claims assessment, and contractor management.
• Exposure to major project environments (brownfield/greenfield, shutdowns, maintenance, construction).
• Strong coordination, commercial awareness, and technical understanding
• Excellent writing, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint/CRM/Aconex
• Salary will be discussed based on experience.
