Pt - Hotel Night Auditor

Position Summary:
Holiday Inn Express Plymouth is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our front office team. This overnight position plays a key role in guest satisfaction and financial accuracy while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and provide excellent service to all guests during overnight hours.
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain security and monitor the property throughout the night.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and overnight shifts.
• Proficient with hotel systems(PEP PMS)
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Schedule:

• Part-time, overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM or similar).
