Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000

About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist or an experienced clinic operations leader to take on a senior management role overseeing the overall operations of three physical therapy clinic branches.

This role functions as the General Manager for clinic operations, with direct oversight of all branch managers and full accountability for operational performance, service quality, and business continuity.

You will work closely with the CEO and play a key role in operational decision-making, execution of business strategies, and ensuring consistent clinic standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities1. Overall Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across 3 clinic branches
• Ensure consistent service quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency
• Standardize and implement clinic processes, protocols, and workflows
• Monitor branch performance and address operational gaps proactively

2. Leadership & People Management

• Directly manage and supervise all branch managers
• Cascade goals, KPIs, and operational expectations to each branch
• Handle performance management, coaching, and accountability across teams
• Support resolution of complex employee relations and operational concerns

3. Clinic Performance & Business Continuity

• Ensure smooth clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilization
• Monitor key operational metrics (patient volume, utilization, attendance, productivity)
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure continuity of operations across all branches even during manpower or system disruptions

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with HR, Finance, and Admin for payroll inputs, attendance validation, and incentive computations
• Support hiring process (screening coordination and final endorsement with CEO)
• Lead onboarding and training of new clinic staff through branch managers
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

5. Decision-Making & Executive Support

• Make operational decisions within defined authority to ensure clinic efficiency
• Escalate strategic or high-impact concerns to the CEO with clear recommendations
• Handle high-pressure situations and conflicting operational priorities with sound judgment
• Act as a key operational advisor to the CEO for clinic-wide improvements

Who You Are

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PRC) or
• Proven experience in clinic operations / healthcare / rehabilitation center management
• With prior leadership experience (e.g., Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, Senior PT Lead, or equivalent)
• Strong background in managing teams across multiple locations is highly preferred
