Purchaser/Buyer

Requirements:

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, price, and service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best possible value.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor market trends and commodity prices to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Address any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and supplier agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proven experience as a purchaser.
• Experience with vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
