Purchasing Officer

• Must ensure together with the Warehouse Supervisor that all the items that will be delivered met the client’s order, request and special instructions.
• Monitor the delivery if the item/order was received by the client.
• File completed delivery receipts for safekeeping.
• Generation of D.R
• Processing of delivery receipts
• Encoding of inbound transfers and deliveries
• Daily updating of records
• Processing Goods Receipt and Goods Issue for Pullout items.
• Receiving and encoding of deliveries.
• Performs other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
