Job OverviewAs a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent service across phone, chat, or email channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about services and processes
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Record customer interactions in internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience
• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Schedule Paid training from Day 1 with full onboarding support. Shifting schedules depending on account assignment in a fast-paced but guided environment.
