The Shift Lead is responsible for executing restaurant operations, in conjunction with the General Manager. The Shift Lead follows standard operational procedures for living the Brand Values and helping the brand thrive. Focus is on influencing guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in food handling, plating, and presentation to ensure an appealing dining experience.
  • Support the team with food safety practices, sanitation, and proper kitchen hygiene.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries with a friendly attitude.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment including bussing tables when needed.
  • Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or hospitality is required
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Leadership of teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during busy shifts.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
