Qualified Early Years Educator

Exciting opportunity at Realt na Mara Preschool and Afterschool !

Early Years Educator ….to commence as soon as possible.

We are seeking an energetic, experienced, dedicated, child centered Early Years Professional.

Essential requirements for Early Years Educator:

· Min QQI level 7/8 qualified or higher

· 3 years Previous Experience in a Preschool environment and a School Aged Childcare setting is essential.

· Working Knowledge of Early Years Regulations, Children’s First, Aistear and Síolta and all funding schemes – ECCE, NCS and Core Funding.

· Leadership, administration and communication skills required.

· Minimum 3 years post qualification working on the floor is required.

· An inclusive approach to practice

· Experience of working with parents as partners

· Be naturally warm and respectful towards children & their needs.

· A proven level of computer literacy.

· The ideal candidate must be child focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of/lead a team.

· Hours: 40 between 8am and 6pm

· School term work only

· To Commence As soon as possible
