Job Title: Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

Job Function: Quality Assurance & Compliance

Job Description
  • Upgrade service qualities and workforce efficiency for all Business Units in the United States, Canada & Europe.
  • Implement enhancement process & professionalism of security & compliance, including service quality, efficiency upgrade, and industry capability certified (C-TPAT, ISF/NRA, TSA, EMCP, FCPA, FMC, AES, KSMS, FAA, etc.)
  • Acting as an instructor to train business units’ service quality seed members for future development needs.
  • Participate in system integration projects for both existing & potential multinational customer (MNC) accounts.
  • Coordinate with the global sales & marketing team to maintain current MNC customers’ business as well as fulfill the KPI compliance.A
  • ssesses business needs; identifies current and future needs for the customers
  • Conduct customer analysis using common courses of information to identify customer facts and trends to propose improvement solutions
  • Other tasks may be directed by the Management.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to assess and anticipate both current and future customer needs.
  • Experience in conducting customer analysis and recommending enhanced or upgraded solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of international freight forwarding operations.
  • Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving customer pain points.
