Job Responsibilities:

Quality Standards

Establish and maintain the Quality Standards Manual

Quality Systems Management

Develop and improve established company procedures, auditing and communications

Regulatory Compliance

Implementation and development of ISO procedures

Document Control

Manage all QC forms and records including but not limited to rejection reports and corrective action reports

Problem Solving

Process Mapping, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Techniques

Quality Metrics

Establish, maintain and publish quality trends

OTHER RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE (but are not limited to)

Recruiting, training, directing and assisting QC Inspectors

Conduct QC Inspections as needed

Qualities:

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Experience and proficient operation with Microsoft Office

Self-motivated individual willing to go the extra mile

Strong written and verbal communication skills who communicates clearly and effectively, even in difficult situations

Strong time management skills, willing to prioritize projects and activities to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
