Quality Technician (Day Shift)

Job Title: Quality Technician (Day shift)
Location: Tuas
Department: Alkaline Value Stream

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of daily quality issues and deviations on the production floor
• Investigate process and material problems to prevent recurring issues
• Track, review, and report daily production scrap data
• Maintain accurate documentation, including updating specifications and procedures
• Assist in trials, improvement projects, and audits by collecting relevant data and samples
• Train new operators on quality procedures (on-the-job training)

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
• Competencies: Problem-solving ability, basic troubleshooting skills, clear communication

Working Conditions

• 12-hour shifts; occasional night shifts as required
• Choose your work days: 5- or 6-day week
• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

What We Offer

• Max gross earnings with OT: Up to $3,500+ per month (depending on experience and commitment)
• Basic salary: $2,500 – $2,600
• Daily shift allowance: $10 – $20
• Annual bonus: 13th-month pay + up to 2 months’ performance bonus
