Responsibilities as a Cashier & Customer Service Representative:

• Engage with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing product recommendations
• Respond to questions, concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve high-quality food and coffee beverages that meet our standards
• Ensure prompt service and strive for a high level of customer satisfaction
• Efficiently handle cashier duties, ensuring accurate transactions and timely service
• Adhere to food handling safety and hygiene procedures as per health department regulations and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness in your work area, while also properly maintaining tools and equipment
• Contribute to team's daily sales goals
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Observe relevant safety standards
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently
