The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of day-to-day Radar Program delivery activities. This includes management of team and project finances for Infrastructure Delivery (ID) group such as financial budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and reporting for all ID projects. Work with the Radar Program Manager, project managers and key stakeholders including Office of CITO, Finance and Procurement partners.

Efficient management of procurement is an essential part of this role to ensure effective delivery of projects. The Program Coordinator is expected to work closely with Procurement group to ensure compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).

Day-to-day coordination tasks will include financial processing of purchase orders, invoices, variations, effort capture and maintaining financial records. The Program Coordinator also supports the Program Manager and the Radar Program Control (PCG) Group.
