Radiology Supervisor I Quezon City

As a key leader in our imaging team, the Chief Radiologic Technologist plays a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services. This role leads and supports a team of radiologic technologists, ensures compliance with imaging standards, and fosters a culture of patient-centered care. The Chief Rad Tech is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, team development, and service excellence across our radiology department.

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Drive innovation and efficiency by leading the implementation of best practices and new imaging technologies.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery in line with our patient-first mission.
• Mentor, guide, and support a team of radiologic technologists in achieving professional growth and high performance.
• Foster a collaborative work environment rooted in continuous learning, accountability, and compassion
• Work closely with your team to respond to patient needs and feedback with care and professionalism
• Ensure every patient encounter is safe, efficient, and compassionate
• Serve as Safety Officer in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Education:

• BS in Radiologic Technology with a valid PRC License

Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 2 – 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in radiology/imaging setting

• Strong background in clinical operations and patient-centered care

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings

• Amenable to rotational shifts with graveyard schedule (5-day work week, varying rest days)
